What are your hours of operation?

A Limo in Time LLC is open 24/7 every day of the year! Call any time and we'll be happy to help! Our hours available for limo services is Monday-Friday 4pm-12am and Saturday-Sunday 6am-12am.

How do I find my chauffeur when I'm ready to be picked up?

To locate your driver during your chauffeured services a cell phone number will be provided for you. You can text or call your chauffeur at any time to have them come back for your group.

How far will you drive outside of Springfield? Will you go to Kansas City?

We service mostly the greater Springfield, MO area but will travel within a 200 mile radius.  So yes, we will go to Kansas City if you have a fun night out planned or want to go to a sporting event, for example. For events that fall outside this radius, please give us a call so we can discuss and see if we can help you!

How do I make a reservation for chauffeured services?

What if personal items are lost or damaged during my trip?

A Limo in Time assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged personal belongings or any items left in the vehicle. If you leave something in our limo, however, we want to go the extra mile to return that item to you. If you believe you've left an item in our limo, give us a call at (417) 496-7582. Personal items lost during services will be returned upon location of said items if they are found.

How will I be charged if I need to extend my trip? 

Unless specified at scheduling each 15 minute per hour after the hours specified for the day or evening’s trip will constitute a charge of a full hour and will be communicated with customer beforehand. If there are multiple trips needed for pickup and drop offs, these are included in the scheduled time from start to finish. Any extra time needed to complete these will be assessed and communicated with customer before being charged.

Can I smoke in the limo?

Smoking and vaping are not allowed in or around our limo at any time. Please make sure that any guests are aware of this policy. Any signs of smoking in the vehicle will result in a $250 cleaning fee. If any signs of smoking are detected the chauffeur reserves the right to immediately terminate the trip, at full charge to the passengers. If the trip is terminated a minimum 10% gratuity will be added for the chauffeur's inconvenience. 

What else is not allowed in the limo?

Kegs, glass of any kind, milk products, ice cream, red wine, opening of champagne bottles, chewing tobacco, cigarettes, cigars, vape pipes, other tobacco products, illegal/unlawful substances, and weapons of any kind are all not allowed in the limo. We have the right to terminate services without refunds if this policy is not followed.

What is your service commitment?

Welcome to A Limo In Time, LLC!  Our goal is to provide transportation services so you can relax and "Let The Good Times Roll". We hope to assist in creating lifetime memories for the entire party. We are committed to do what it takes to ensure a memorable experience that you can share with friends and family for years to come. 

What is your policy on beverages and snacks in the limo?

Passengers may bring their own drinks and snacks with a few exceptions. Alcoholic beverages are allowed in the limousine to those who are 21 and older. DRIVER HAS FULL AUTHORITY TO CHECK IDENTIFICATION and if alcohol will be consumed, each person in the party must be 21 years of age or older by Missouri law. Should we discover that a passenger was allowed in the vehicle that is under 21, we have the right to terminate the trip and bill the contracted amount and NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Driver has the full authority to stop services if intoxication levels are too high in order to prevent possible escalating situations that may arise or if fighting should occur during contracted rental time involving the Group.  Customers will be responsible for any further transportation if services have deemed necessary to terminate the agreement and NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN for unused time. It is EXPECTED THAT ALL MEMBERS OF THE PARTY/GROUP BE RESPONSIBLE, however, the person signing the contract has sole responsibility of actions taken and will be liable for the Group. 

Is a security deposit required and if so how do I get it back at the end of the trip?

A $250.00 security deposit will be charged to the credit card on file at the time of the reservation. The vehicle will be inspected within 24 hours of the agreed rental. If there is damage or unsatisfactory conditions to A Limo in Time LLC vehicle, the security deposit will NOT BE REFUNDED. Smoke damage, bodily fluids, vomiting, defecation, excessive trash, spills and unsanitary debris left inside/outside of the limousine are all examples of potential damage that will find the renter at fault resulting in the loss of the $250.00 security deposit. Should the damage exceed $250.00, the credit card on file will be billed accordingly for the full amount of listed damages including parts and labor for the repair.  PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR GUESTS ARE AWARE OF THESE POLICIES OUTLINED. Vehicle cleanliness is the responsibility of the group. 

If we have to cancel our booking, what is your cancellation policy?

A Limo in Time LLC will charge a cancellation fee of 25% of the contracted amount if services are cancelled with less than 24 hours of contracted rental date. If at any time A Limo in Time LLC has to cancel services for person or business reasons, sickness or death, a full refund will be returned to the customer. If there is a breakdown of the vehicle within the specified time of the rental agreement, transportation will be provided to the closest location of its customers and a partial refund will be given for the remaining unused time contracted. 

Do you offer your services on holidays and if so does it cost more?

We drive 365 days per year! An added surcharge of $20/hour will be charged for the following holidays: 

  • New Years Eve & Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Eve & Day

Surcharge amount and recognized holidays are subject to change. 

What is your liability policy?

Neither the group nor any passenger shall use an A Limo in Time LLC vehicle for any activity that is illegal or prohibited under any applicable law, rule or regulation. The group shall be liable for any damages to the limousine by any of its passengers. Further, A Limo in Time LLC is not responsible for damages and claims that are the result of negligence, fraud or intentional misconduct of the group or its passengers.
